Read the executive summary: Read the business objectives and available resources before you select the platform to run, get the content to a guest or run with the company.

Clarify Your Business Goal
Manufacturing plants seek to find overseas markets for existing products, possibly with the aim of establishing channels and teams; operators want to upgrade commodity pages, drops, and data resets; and transfer learners want to understand cross-border jobs. The first course, which corresponds to the three objectives, is not necessarily the same.
Write down the type of customer you want to serve, the person you can input, and the information you have available. If the product is suitable for retailing on the platform, you can focus on Amazonia, Walmart or Shopee; if you focus on a query, you can learn about independent websites and social media abroad; and if you need to set up an internal business process, you can discuss in-house training.
Compare What Each Course Lets You Practice
Read the course in three places: who fit, what each module is going to do, whether the classroom has its own product or case practice. Many technical terms do not fit the current stage, and it is more important to use the exercise for their own work.
The preparation of information on the products, the target market, the cost information, and the current status of the accounts will affect the quality of the classroom exercise.
Confirm the Schedule With a Course Adviser
The schedule, length of study, cost and manner of registration will be adjusted to the course plan and will be based on the information actually provided by the course consultant.
You can start in one main direction and start with a small exercise and then consider a combination of other courses.
The operational objectives are described in one sentence, supplemented by four messages: product or post, client, person, and most urgently needed problems.
